France West Coast - Calais to Avranches

A photo from the other side gives a better idea of the size of the Cathedral and related buildings including the Chapter House and Chapter Library (built around 1430) used by the clergy. It is a large mediaeval church with a choir, nave and transept. This tree was planted in 1979 and known as the Liberty tree.
